HORSE-LIFE COACHING · STABLE ADJACENT
Horse life can be hard, but you don’t have to go it alone. Let’s figure it out together…
Adult amateur horse ownership is a full life on top of a full life, and most of us are figuring it out alone: no trainer managing every decision, no barn community to debrief with, no clear roadmap for any of it. If this sounds familiar, you’ve found the right place…
WHO THIS IS FOR
We may work together if…
Something feels off with your horse
You know something isn't right but you can't name it. You've Googled, asked around, gotten three different answers, and you still don't know who to call first or what to try next. This is the lane for diagnostic navigation, specialist sequencing, and figuring out where to even begin.
You're new to horse ownership
You just got your first horse — or you're about to — and the questions have not stopped. Board, feed, farrier, vet, trainer, tack — you are building an entire care team from scratch without a roadmap. This is the lane for new owner navigation and having someone with you until you're ready to fly on your own.
You're working on yourself as a rider
The horse is fine. You're the project. Rider fitness, nutrition, mindset, accountability — getting fitter to ride better, working through confidence, setting goals and actually building a structure to reach them. Think life coach, but one who understands what horse life actually looks like.
WHO YOU’RE WORKING WITH
Credential sampling…
Stable Adjacent coaching is fully virtual and available anywhere in the world. Everything is async — no calls, no scheduling, fully on your timeline. There are two ways to work together depending on where you are and what you need.
ONE TIME
The Stable Point
A clear starting point for you and your horse.
The Stable Point is a one-time, comprehensive review of your situation — followed by a personalized written plan built entirely around you and your horse. You submit your intake, we review everything and follow up with any clarifying questions, and you receive a detailed written plan: what to prioritize, who to call, what to ask, and in what order. Whether you are orienting with a new horse, sorting through conflicting advice, or trying to figure out where to even begin, this option might be for you.
What makes this different?
+Most equestrian help comes from one angle — your vet, your trainer, your farrier — each one seeing your horse through a single lens. The Stable Point sits at the intersection of all of them. Not clinical, not trying to sell you anything. A small client roster means real attention, not a templated response. And because everything is fully virtual, geography is never a barrier.
Who is this for?
+The Stable Point is for you if:
- You want a clear, actionable starting point without an ongoing commitment
- You are returning to horses, buying, or settling in with a new one and need to get oriented
- You are facing a specific question or decision and want experienced eyes on it
- You want to see what the work looks like before committing to 12 weeks
12 WEEK COACHING PLAN
The Stable Ground Experience
Personalized, ongoing support to find your footing
The Stable Ground Experience gives you the structure, the outside perspective, and the thinking partner to stop second-guessing and start moving forward — with your horse and with confidence. Structured bi-weekly check-ins, personalized written responses, and practical guidance on what to prioritize, who to call, and what to do next. Photos and video welcome; show us the thing you can’t put into words. After 12 weeks you have the option to continue month-to-month.
What does coaching actually look like?
+Everything is async — no calls, no scheduling. You submit a structured check-in form twice a month. I read everything, research your specific situation, and write back with a detailed personalized response. Not a template. Not a protocol. Something built around what is actually happening with your horse right now. The more context you give me — including photos and video — the more useful I can be.
What makes this different?
+Most equestrian help comes from one angle — your vet, your trainer, your farrier — each one seeing your horse through a single lens. The Stable Ground Experience sits at the intersection of all of them across the full twelve weeks. A small client roster means real, individualized attention. And because everything is fully virtual and async, geography is never a barrier — wherever you and your horse are, this works.
Who is this for?
+The Stable Ground Experience is for you if:
- You are navigating something new — a comeback, a first horse, a health situation — and want ongoing support
- You are working toward a specific goal and need structure and accountability to get there
- You want a thinking partner who has been through it and gets it
- You are ready to be honest about where you are and do the work between sessions
- You feel like something is missing and you are ready for the next level
Not sure which is right for you? Mention it in your application and we'll figure it out together.
WORK WITH STABLE ADJACENT
Let’s see if working together makes sense.
Both programs begin with a short application. Spots are limited; we work with a small number of clients at a time so you and your horse get the attention you both deserve.
No payment required to apply. No commitment until we both decide it makes sense.
STILL ON THE FENCE?
Maybe this will help…
This works best when…
◆ You are ready to be honest about what is going on — even the embarrassing parts
◆ You want a thinking partner, not someone to tell you what to do
◆ You understand this is not veterinary advice and you have a vet you trust
◆ You are willing to try things, observe, and report back
◆ You are committed to at least three months
This is not for you if…
✕ You are looking for a replacement for veterinary care
✕ You need someone available 24/7 for emergencies
✕ You are not willing to implement suggestions and report back
✕ You want guaranteed outcomes — horses do not work that way
✕ You’re not willing to put in the work and the time with your horse
